Today marked the grand finale of our P1–P7 Mini-Marathon fundraising campaign, and what a day it was! With some fantastic teamwork and mathematical thinking, our pupils calculated that we collectively covered an incredible 453 miles. That’s a lot of running (and a lot of tired legs!), so it’s a good job we have Monday off to recover!
We extend a huge thank you to all our generous sponsors. Thanks to your support, we have raised a fantastic total of £3956. This money will go directly towards enhancing our outdoor learning experiences for all our pupils.
A special mention must go to our amazing PTA, who once again went above and beyond. With fruit and water provided for every pupil, our boys and girls were well-fuelled and ready to smash their goals.
Most importantly, we want to celebrate our brilliant pupils, this whole campaign was for you. Your energy, enthusiasm and commitment made it a resounding success. Maith sibh!
And finally, best of luck to our staff relay team. We are incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated group of staff who always put our pupils first.
