On Monday January 30th, we had a visit from Mrs Joan Aldridge, Diocesan Advisor, who told the children the story of St. Brigid. The children were very interested in the story and enjoyed watching Mrs Aldridge make a St. Brigid’s Cross out of rushes, just as Brigid had. The children went on this week to retell the Story of Brigid in their writing books. Well done Primary Threes.
