Primary 1 had a wonderful time during the third session of their shared education programme. The children travelled to Gosford Forest Park with their friends from Dromore Road Primary School, enjoying a fantastic day together in the great outdoors.
The day had all the ingredients for a memorable experience; warm sunshine, great friendships and plenty of fun! The boys and girls loved exploring the park, playing together and continuing to build new friendships through shared learning and play.
As they walked through the forest, the children carefully noticed all the treasures the woodland provides, from leaves and trees to tiny creatures along the way. Their curiosity and excitement made the walk even more special.
There were also lots of opportunities for teamwork, as the children encouraged and helped each other on the climbing apparatus, building confidence and supporting their friends every step of the way.
Everyone had a great day and we are already looking forward to our next shared education adventure!
