School Council Leads Successful Charity Jumble Sale

Our school community came together and demonstrated kindness, empathy and generosity at our recent Jumble Sale in support of Children’s Cancer Fund and Daisy Lodge, Newcastle.

Organised by our fantastic School Council, the event showcased our core values in action as children and families generously donated toys, books, games and other items for the sale. We were also overwhelmed by the support from families who contributed by sending in money to help raise funds for this very special cause.

It was great to see so many children wearing yellow and gold to raise awareness and show their support for children and families affected by cancer. The excitement, enthusiasm and sense of community throughout the day made the event a huge success.

We are incredibly proud of our pupils for demonstrating such compassion and community spirit. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, purchased items, wore yellow and gold and supported the event in any way. Special thanks must go to our wonderful School Council for their hard work in organising such a meaningful fundraiser.

All proceeds from the Jumble Sale will be donated to Daisy Lodge, Newcastle. Together, we have made a real difference!
