P7 Take Action for Good Relations Week
On Tuesday, our Primary 7 class proudly took part in Good Relations Week by joining forces with Dromore Road Primary School for a community litter pick in the heart of Warrenpoint.
The event was more than just a clean-up, it was a celebration of teamwork, friendship and environmental responsibility. Pupils from both schools worked side by side, building friendships while helping to keep our local area beautiful.
A huge thank you goes to Patrick McShane from Newry, Mourne & Down District Council, whose generous support made the day possible. Thanks to his provision of bin bags, high-vis vests and litter pickers, the children were well-equipped to carry out their mission safely and effectively.
The atmosphere was full of energy and enthusiasm and the children’s efforts made a real difference.
