Our P1 class rolled up their sleeves last week for a hands‑on learning adventure as they made their very own milkshakes.
Linked to our sound of the week ‘m’, we talked about words beginning with m such as milk, mix and make, helping the children to tune into the sound. The children explored practical learning by sequencing instructions, following steps and working together to create something delicious.
From chopping to tasting, they developed fine‑motor skills, language skills and confidence through active experiences.
