Primary 2 have been having so much fun learning through play both indoors and outdoors! We’ve been working across different zones:
Construction Zone - we’ve been busy building towers, houses, airports, swimming pools and lots of other amazing creations. We’ve learned to plan, share ideas and problem solve together.
Imaginative Zone (Home Corner) - we’ve been developing our imagination skills along with our language skills. We had a first birthday party for our baby and recently, decorated our spooky house with webs!
Creative Zone - this is where the imagination comes to life! We’ve been painting, cutting, gluing - we definitely have lots of artists in our class.
Outdoors Zone - we’ve been exploring and playing with loose parts play, sand, mud and water. We build, dig, mix, pour and discover how things work in the world around us. It’s messy, fun and full of learning.
Learning through play helps us think creatively, work together and explore the world around us - all while having fun (the most important part!).
