Primary 3 had a fun filled day to celebrate the beginning of the Hallowe’en holidays!
We had great fun dressing up and giving Mrs Fegan, Miss Taylor and Mrs Clarke a terrible fright!😱
We also did a spooky science experiment to investigate the effects of static electricity ⚡️.
Our aim was to make a sleeping ghost dance! We discovered that when you rub a balloon on your hair you can create static electricity. This electricity has the power to pull a light object. We made ghosts from tissue paper and watched them wake up and dance with the electric charge we created 👻⚡️👻.
