As part of our Shared Education partnership with Dromore Road Primary School and in conjunction with Strive NI, interested members of our parent body have been invited to an important workshop in Dromore Road, Warrenpoint.
Title: Supporting an Anxious Child

This workshop is designed to help parents and carers understand and recognise the stresses that children and young people may experience. It will also offer practical tips and strategies to support your child with their emotional regulation.
The session will cover:

How to understand and recognise the signs of anxiety

Strategies to help your child develop emotional regulation skills

Practical tips for how parents can respond when their child is feeling anxious
A variety of helpful supports and resources will also be shared, all aimed at empowering you to support your child more confidently.
