County Player and Coach Visit St Bronagh’s – Lá Speisialta
We were delighted to welcome Odhrán Murdock and Marty Clarke to St Bronagh’s recently. They spoke to all of our páistí about their journey in Gaelic games.
The lads shared simple but powerful messages; work hard, keep practising and always listen to your coaches. This same message can be applied to Irish dancing, musical instruments, gymnastics, even our Spelling and Numeracy work in school!
After the talk, the children asked lots of brilliant questions about life as an inter-county players, training schedules, eating habits and even how they celebrated their win!
A real highlight was getting to see, and even lift, the Division Three trophy.
We are very thankful to Odhrán and Marty for visiting us. Bhí sé fíor-spreagúil, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming them back again later in the year.
