To mark Good Relations Week (Monday 13th - Friday 17th October 2025), our Primary 5 class joined forces with their friends from Dromore Road PS for a special community litter pick, in the beautiful surroundings of Kilbroney Park. This event was a wonderful opportunity for pupils to work together, build friendships, and show care for our local environment.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Patrick McShane from NM&D District Council, who kindly supported the event by providing bin bags, high-visibility vests, and litter pickers. His generosity helped make the day safe, successful, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Armed with smiles and a strong sense of teamwork, the children made a real difference in our community—and had lots of fun along the way!
