Final Cash4Clobber Collection of the School Year

12th Jun 2026

What a fantastic response to our final Cash4Clobber collection of the school year!

Yesterday, a huge pile of unwanted clothing, bed linen and shoes was gathered for recycling. Judging by the mountain of bags, the pupils, staff, families and wider community of St Bronagh’s have certainly had a massive clear-out. Well done to you all!

The bags have now been collected by Cookstown Textile Limited, and we will update everyone with the total weight collected and the amount of money raised as soon as we receive the final figures.

This year, the money raised through Cash4Clobber has helped support a number of our Eco projects, including the purchase of:

  • bird food
  • vegetable seedlings
  • fruit seedlings

A huge thank you to our Eco-Council, and in particular Team Recycling, for helping to organise and promote this brilliant initiative.

Isn’t it wonderful to know that by recycling unwanted items, we are not only helping the environment but also raising money to support Eco projects here in St Bronagh’s?

Maith sibh uilig!
