Following the previous Bounce Back workshop being fully booked, we are delighted to share that additional dates have now been added.
Bounce Back is a practical three-week online programme designed to support parents in building calmer, more connected family relationships. The sessions provide supportive, realistic strategies to help parents respond confidently to everyday challenges at home.
The workshop will run on three consecutive Mondays, beginning 9th March, from 7.00–8.30pm, and will be delivered online via Zoom.
