A Week of Celebration and Community at St Bronagh’s
This week at St Bronagh’s, we took time to reflect, celebrate and come together as a school family.
We began by gathering to listen to our fantastic Primary Six pupils, who led a thoughtful assembly all about Our Lady and the significance of the month of May. Their words helped us all reflect on the importance of faith during this special time in the Church calendar. This followed our May Procession on Tuesday, a very special occasion where our whole school community came together in prayer to honour Our Lady and to pray the Rosary.
As part of our weekly celebration assembly, we recognised our Pupils of the Week and Gaeilgeoirí na Seachtaine. It was wonderful to hear the many ways our pupils are setting positive examples through their kindness, effort and enthusiasm for learning.
We also celebrated the success of our Girls Gaelic Football Team, who won their final on Monday and became County Champions! A huge congratulations to the whole team and especially to Katie, who was named Player of the Match for her outstanding performance.
Finally, we gave a big round of applause to our Marathon Relay Team, who represented the school brilliantly at the weekend as part of our fundraising campaign. We are so proud of the effort and determination shown by every member of the team.
Well done to everyone for a week filled with teamwork, faith, celebration and school spirit!
