It was a great privilege to bring our school choir to the Tuesday Luncheon Club in the GAA clubrooms in Rostrevor.
The children delighted the audience with a varied programme of songs, including hymns, Irish airs and even their favourite pop song, Try Everything by Shakira.
It was wonderful to see so many people clapping, singing along and enjoying every moment, with smiles lighting up the room.
The compliments were plentiful and it was clear that the choir’s performance brought great joy to everyone present.
Thank you to Mrs Bridie Daly, Mrs Gordon and all the Luncheon Club team, as well as the audience members, for making us feel so welcome. A special thank you also for the lovely treats.
We had a fantastic afternoon and are already looking forward to visiting again soon.
